To honor my dear friend Rudy Fischmann, the creator and host of the Discograffiti Soldiers of Sound Podcast, I’m incredibly honored to announce that I’ll be taking over the reins as host of this podcast.
Every episode I host will be dedicated to Rudy.
Rudy built something incredibly special through his love of music, his curiosity, and his ability to bring people together through deep conversations about the records, artists, and songs that mean so much to us. He recorded and edited over 100 episodes over the course of the past few years.. His friendship to me as I got to guest on many of the episodes is one that I value so much and he has made my life so much better being in it..
I hope I can honor the incredible work he has done, carry on that rock & roll torch, and help Dave Gebroe continue bringing these deep dive music conversations to the masses.
And for the first time ever, Soldiers of Sound episodes will be available FOR FREE to Patreon members even with the free account, so everyone can come along for the ride and listen.
I’m stoked and ready to get started later this month with some brand new programming, some old favorites, and a whole lot of music talk.
This one’s for Rudy. RUDY.. RUDY.. RUDY... I love you Rudy!
